FCT
FCT – Functional Circuit Training – combines an aerobic efforts with dynamic strength exercises. Some movements are body weight, while others incorporate accessories like kettlebell, TRX, medicine balls or plyometric boxes. CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP - 390 nis

  • 12 Classes a month [including 2 reformer Pilates]

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - 420 nis

  • Unlimited classes + 4 monthly reformer Pilates classes

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP - 460 nis 

  • Unlimited classes including reformer Pilates

  • 48 hours sign up time before classes 

  • All membership are ongoing memberships, with a minimum of two months

  • Cancelling a Membership requires  a month notice

  • Memberships can freeze for 14 days with no extra charge. Extra freezing time will be refunded 50%  

5 Classes Pass - 400 nis [including reformer Pilates]  - 30 days limit

10 Classes Pass - 800 nis [including reformer Pilates] - 3 months limit

20 Classes Pass - 1400 nis [including reformer Pilates] - 6 months limit

30 Classes Pass - 1800 nis [including reformer Pilates] - year limit
