Welcome to the strongest fitness team in Tel Aviv - we are a collection of different teachers, all of us with a slightly different and disturbed character - but we all have a great love for the functional world, strength training, body weight training and of course aerobic training. Daniel Lily Elazar
Hi, I'm Daniel, Danny, Dandan Lily or whatever you want :). My training is challenging with a lot of emphasis on the precision of the movement and adaptation to the trainee. I believe in creating strong and body-aware exercisers
After almost a decade in New York as a dancer, Omnitez Circus and training in different senses: functional, crossfit, bar and yoga guarantees that you will leave the classes with energy, a smile on your face and even stronger than when you entered!
As a child I was very active, one of those who, if they have nothing to do, will climb the walls if necessary, and the world of sports and movement always helped me take this "disadvantage" that everyone talked about in school and turn it into my greatest advantage. Throughout high school I danced and when I joined the army I discovered the world of running which opened up a whole world of fitness training for me. Today I mainly focus on strength work in training and pass this love on. With me you will meet weights, who will also help you to meet yourself again, a little differently.

The world of movement and fitness has always accompanied me, and after turning the love into a profession, I felt that I wanted to expand my knowledge and belief into a way of life that would infect others with me and the pleasure I find in the field. I entered the world of fitness 6 years ago and fell in love. All my life I was involved in fitness, I danced for 14 years and I ran whenever I could and I came to the world of Pilates after a serious knee injury that kept me out for a year along with hard work in physical therapy and with the right Pilates training I recovered properly, and out of a severe addiction and love for the world of Pilates and what it gave me, I decided to study Pilates in order to to pass this love on. In my training I like to combine all the worlds I come from in a way that the whole body works together (Full body work out) while breathing correctly that will help us get stronger and perform the exercises in the right way. Or Algarisi is 29 years old originally from Kiryat Tivon but has been in Tel Aviv for over a decade. I have always loved sports and it has been an integral part of my life. Already at the age of 7 I started dancing, playing basketball, riding horses, judo, apparatus gymnastics, swimming and more.. I liked to diversify and experiment with as many new things as possible, finally I focused on dance and was a professional dancer for about 10 years. After many performances and big projects in Israel and abroad, I took a new direction and started to train. Out of love for the sport and the desire to make as many people as possible fall in love like me.

Sports have always been a part of me. As a child I was a dancer and over the years I was exposed to a wide variety of training. The training allowed me to unwind, disconnect and give my body the best it can get. Those close to me will claim that I am one of those people who are "addicted" to sports, so I always find the middle of the day to do a workout. In my trainings, I put emphasis on the trainees, on the way they perform exercises while strengthening encouragement and pushing from a direction. So what are you waiting for? Put on sports clothes and you'll understand what I'm talking about.
In my degree studies at Wingate, I realized that my goal is to bring people to their peak. In my classes you will enjoy crazy music that makes you want to move, the most uplifting atmosphere, correct and precise work, maintaining technique and precision in movement, high energy throughout the training and of course improvement and progress from training to training until the goal is achieved !
Sports has been my life since I can remember and training people and pushing them forward has always been my goal. I believe in Ledger our trainees and setting new goals for them every new training. There's no limit that we can't break through together ♥ I believe that you should find pleasure while training, and that's why in my training, we both lift heavy and laugh and have fun.
From the moment I came out of the womb, movement and movement flowed in my blood, a hyperactive girl with endless energy. From a young age, I performed on stage and acted. Sport for me is a way of life and therapy from the constant noise in my head. I came from a dance background, and apart from dancing I hated every other kind of sport until one day out of nowhere I fell in love and became addicted and decided that my goal is to make people fall in love with it themselves! Energy is the key word for me, combined with an emphasis on technique and correct work with the body. Come and get addicted to me, I promise you won't leave dry.

I started my journey as a coach in Sap, I participated in competitions in Israel and around the world, I coached people for competitions and traveled in isolated places in the world, just me the surfer and a few other crazy people like me. Following injuries and with the help of excellent trainers, I started doing strength training that improved my abilities and prevented me from injuries. Today I spend most of my time in studio training. You are invited to join me on a joint journey, I guarantee that you will leave them with peak energy. on me
The pursuit of movement and physical activity started for me since I was little. I managed to move a lot between the worlds of movement and I try to bring everything to light in the training itself. Those in the know know that most training deals with strength, but that doesn't mean you won't go out with your tongue out. I believe in turning the trainees into equally strong and intelligent trainees and making them, at least for an hour, forget about everything and concentrate on themselves.
Sport is my comfortable place, my place to be me, to bring out the lion in me, to fail, to explore and above all to enjoy myself. I train at the beach, at the beloved Locker Room studio, a gym and I am a professional actress ⚽️! My trainings are fun with good energy! I chose to become a fitness trainer because I think the best way to thank your body is through sports and good habits. In Mexico I swam competitively and realized there how important it is for the body, mind and soul! So let's see in my training to enjoy, laugh, dance and of course sweat and give 100%
I conduct challenging training sessions where each trainee can find an alternative according to the level that suits them. I will always bring positive energy and create a space where you can practice and enjoy without judgment.
Fitness is an integral part of my life, especially when it's something that makes me drool. Addicted to adrenaline and everything exciting, alive and happy. Training helps me get up in a better mood, connect with myself and recharge with new energies. I believe that exercise is a gift to the body - and my satisfaction is passing this gift on.
I've been coaching for many years, but what I like the most, to this day, is starting from scratch. I like to work on the basics - technique, rhythm (you have to learn to crawl before you learn to walk and that...) I like to accompany those who come to training for the first time and are scared to death, and I like to show experienced trainees that there is always something more to achieve, something more to learn.
I started my way in the world of movement as a dancer, and from there I deepened my knowledge and experience in various trainings I went through in Melbourne and Israel.
