Functional and strength training
The locker room is focused on these classes - we have about 8 classes every day in each of our complexes. Our classes our varied so there are several styles and several levels.
Functional station training. At each station we will work on one exercise - strength, aerobic, with equipment and only with body weight. The training is varied and will give us the opportunity to work at our own pace and improve skills.
In this training there are five training areas. A short and intensive training will be done in each area. Although each area can stand as a serious workout on its own, all the areas together make up a smart, varied and rhythmic workout.
Fun and challenging functional training - training without a fixed structure and changes every day according to the trainer and the daily emphasis. Every workout starts with working on technique, on the principles of proper movement - all the things that will allow us to train harder and injure less. And in the main phase of the training there will be sequences of exercises - which will make us work hard but in a fun and intense way. Training that guarantees progress to the constant trainer

This is the perfect session for those who want to improve their technique in a slow and a controlled manner. The space has been purposely designed with working stations, each one including a barbell rack, plenty of plates and dumbbells galore. This is THE class for those who want to incorporate gym work into their training routine with guided supervision, without having to join the gym.
