Yoga wine

Yin yoga is a quiet and technically simple practice, meditative. 
In the physical aspect, the hin improves the movement of the joints and bones.
In the spiritual aspect, the practice is like self-care which strengthens the flow of energy to different places in the body.
In the practice we will focus on a prolonged stay with specific facilitators - about three to ten minutes - which makes the practice meditatively challenging.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga consists of regular series of posture sequences, it is a more energetic method and usually at a faster pace. Here at Locker Room we will almost always work only on the first series with a little more challenging touches than the second series.
Suitable for all levels

Power yoga

This is also vinyasa but in these exercises we will work harder and faster

Therefore these practices are not suitable for beginners

Vinyasa Yoga

This method works with the so-called viniyasa krama. The emphasis is not on the perfection of the pose, but on practicing the pose according to the ability and needs of the practitioner. An important aspect of this approach is the integration of breathing in coordination with body movements
